Rachel Bilson
Rachel Bilson is the beautiful and intelligent actress who most of you will remember having first grabbed our attention when she made her big impact on the hit TV series ‘The OC’ as Summer Roberts.
She took on the role of Summer who was at first portrayed as a snobby and rather unlike able character but she soon drew the fans into her own little world with her quick wit and often hilarious put downs and has become a firm favourite in the show ever since.
She plays the girlfriend of character Seth Cohen and you could be forgiven for finding the romance between the two a little too realistic at times as they are actually dating each other off screen and are definitely very much in love. They can often be spotted out and about on lunch dates or simply hugging and laughing during filming.
Her role as Summer has also lead to various different acting roles such as her recent part in actor and director Zach Braff’s latest movie ‘The last kiss’ in which she plays the role of ‘Kim’ who proves to be a distraction to a seemingly happy couple about to get married. The film has already received great reviews and Rachel’s acting certainly steals the show.
Rachel has also appeared in a few TV shows other than The OC such as the very popular ‘That 70’s show’ starring Ashton Kutcher and one episode of the cult series Buffy the vampire slayer ‘Dirty Girls’ playing the role of Colleen.
She is the daughter of writer and director Danny Bilson and lives in a two bedroom condo in Hollywood Hills with her best friend. She has a passion for vintage shoes and purses and loves to shop, but is also very much a lover of animals.
Rachel attended the same school as actress Kirsten Dunst and was one grade ahead of her and once ranked number 77 in the FHM magazines 100 sexiest women in the world 2005 edition. She is the baby of her family and has always been extremely driven and passionate about everything she does and almost always gets everything she puts her mind to achieving.
Her obvious beauty and intelligent friendly personality have made her a likeable and easy person to work with in the world of acting and her career has definitely only just begun.
